Power-meter has a complete quality control system, products are 100% pre-inspected by IQC, OQC departments before shipping to our clients.
How fast can you deliver goods?
For small orders can be delivered within 7 working days; for bulk orders, usually 15 working days. For urgent order, we can arrange expedited production.
What is your MOQ?
There's no MOQ limits, 1 piece for test at first is acceptable.
What is your production capacity and can you offer free samples?
Our production capacity is about 100000 pieces per month. Yes, we offer free samples, but you should pay for the samples at first, the cost would be returned to you after bulk order confirmed.
What detailed information do we need to provide before placing an order?
Application, pressure range, output, accuracy, thread type, electric connector and other related parameters.
What types of payment terms and trade terms can you accept?
Payment terms: TT, Western Union, Money Gram, etc.

What express ways can you offer, can we use our own courier?
We deliver goods by DHL, TNT, UPS, SF, EMS. Customized courier is acceptable.
How long is your product warranty?
Power-meter offers 12 months warranty for all of our products. Customers will enjoy free repair services for failures found within the warranty due to manufacturing quality.
Power-meter provides paid repair services for meter damages not arising from manufacturing quality issues or meter damages not within the scope of warranty.
